La Paz, Bolivia, Market

Jo enjoyed visiting the open air markets in La Paz and all of Bolivia. This colorful scene is typical of the daily markets in the city. The chiwinhas (an Aymara word pronounced like chiwiñas in Spanish),canopies, look somewhat like sails on ships.
